Headbanging (ヘッドバンキング) or headbang (ヘドバン) is a common move you see at Visual Kei live. It is the movement of moving your head violently up and down or left to right. Vocalist will sometimes shout "Atama! Atama!", which means head, to signal fans to headbang.
